I've never had duck. At least, not as far as I know. The idea of chocolate with poultry sounds intriguing. Let me know how it turns out, sir.
Duck was good. Sauce was better.
Recipe seems to be missing some fluid or other. Ingredients listed result in a (thick) gravy then requires a 40 minute braise? I added Chicken broth, because that's the kind of guy I am.
Duck wes excellent, as was dinner and the guests!
