You can make me your complaint department, but is there any obligation for me to legitimately give a damn about the complaints? I could have fun piling scorn and contempt upon those would would deign to voice their displeasure. For I have that particular skill in abundance, sir.
Our complaint officer is Helen Waite. If you have a problem with our service, you should go to Helen Waite.
No Obligations, booom. You are perfectly suited to manage the complaint department. Your scorn and pure physical intimidation factors are why we had to let Helen go.
